Went to the hairdressers, I think that I like it, will have to get used to it, and change how I dry it. (My hair that is). Didn't get to the gym but I am going tonight and then may be again on Friday. We have new promotional items in the Library, mugs, note pads, pens and rulers, we are just waiting on the highlighters now. Then we just have to give them out to unsuspecting people. |

From today I am going to try and write down everything that I eat and then Sally is going to work out the Weight Watcher points for me. To help me hopefully lose weight. Yesterday: 1 malteaser sweet, 2 Chicken Kievs, Chips, Mr Kiplin Apple pie.
